Next, you will be seduced by the aromas of our toaster where you will discover how the different roasting techniques affect beans and beer.
We are going to reveal our roasting and packaging secrets that allow us to offer the best coffee from our plantation in Costa Rica to your cup anywhere in the world.
Learn how experts 'break the cup' using techniques to test the coffee 'cup' to identify and qualify the characteristics that qualify a gourmet coffee.
Finally, surrounded by our tropical outdoor paradise and while listening to traditional music, you have the option of savoring a buffet lunch with local ingredients in our Don Próspero restaurant.
